Receiving hopper for fish meal and other bulk materials from Zuther
The receiving hopper is specially designed to meet the needs of the customer. The plant has a total height of 6 meters and a length of 9 meters. The receiving hopper has a grating area of more than 16m² and a volume of 30 cubic meters. The discharge capacity is 280t/h. The receiving hopper is operated by a haul-off with trough chain conveyor and is equipped with an electric roof, which provides protection against water in the overseas port. To ensure high durability and corrosion resistance, the receiving hopper has a special paint with a layer thickness of 250my. The engineering for the entire construction was completely carried out at Zuther, including the filter system. Within this project Zuther supplied a tamping screw with a capacity of 280t/h.
By using the receiving hopper, the customer can thus ensure that the material transport is fast and efficient and that the material is ready for further processing in the shortest possible time.
