Zuther GmbH develops high-precision fine dosing screws that achieve a dosing accuracy of up to ±5 grams. This allows even demanding processes to be controlled reliably and reproducibly – whether in the food industry, feed production, additive technology, granulate dosing or many other applications.
Thanks to their modular design, the systems can be easily integrated into existing plants. Various material options in galvanised steel, stainless steel or painted versions ensure a perfect fit for the product and environment. For abrasive bulk materials, the screws are also available with special wear linings or coatings, which significantly extend their service life.
A comprehensive range of options rounds off the offering: agitators, sleeve collars, level sensors, pneumatic vibrators, removable metering stars and suspension clamps. In addition, extensions such as run-on limitation via mechanical locks or quick-release fasteners are available. On request, we can also supply the systems in an ATEX-certified version.
