For over 100 years, Zuther GmbH has been synonymous with reliable solutions for bulk material handling. With our screw discharge floor, we offer a robust and flexible solution for the reliable discharge of bulk materials from silos. Different screw blade geometries are available. Stepless progressivity and optional simultaneous diameter change enable almost completely uniform discharge from the silo.

Our systems are available both as single screws for smaller silo cells and as complete multiple screw discharge floors for large-volume silos. By choosing between normal steel, stainless steel, highly wear-resistant or temperature-resistant materials, each system can be precisely adapted to the products being conveyed and the operating conditions.

The discharge floors are particularly impressive for poor-flowing bulk materials thanks to their robust design and the availability of numerous special options. Interlocking screw blades ensure a constant material flow even with demanding materials. Even with highly abrasive media such as glass or minerals, comprehensive wear protection, for example through EIPA armouring or replaceable wear linings, ensures a long service life and reliable operation.
