- Adaptable to any pit thanks to modular design
Easy and inexpensive assembly
- Dedusting of the filter through compressed air
- A dust lock is not necessary
- Minimal compressed air losses
- Automatic, programmable controller
- Automatic return of the separated dust, i.e. transport is unnecessary
At the first location where the delivered grain arrives in a plant, a side-effect occurs that people want to be rid of as quickly as possible: Dust. In this regard it is definitely effective to deal with the problem immediately when it occurs, before further propagation of the dust-burdened air makes counter-measures impossible.
A receiving pit constitutes a relatively large area that must be aspirated. Thus specially adapted systems are required to efficiently dedust large areas of this type. Extraction walls from Zuther are especially developed for this purpose. Thanks to their modular structure they can be perfectly adapted for new construction as well as for existing pits. Even if the pit is overfilled, functionality of the extraction wall is not impaired.
The concept reduces pressure losses in the aspiration to a minimum. A dust lock is not necessary. Through this mode of operation, separate transport of the accumulating dust is not necessary. It is easy to master the tasks associated with the overall system, with regard to installation, as well as maintenance.
