Chain bucket elevators are used where belt and bucket elevators reach their limits. Bulk materials with temperatures of 400°C and grain sizes of more than 40 mm present no challenge to our chain bucket elevators. This is guaranteed by using individual components of the highest quality. This is the only way to achieve peak capacities of up to 1000 t/h. In this regard, we can rely on decades of experience that has resulted in technically mature designs with high reliability.

Like the belt and bucket elevators, the chain bucket elevators can be extensively adapted to customer-specific requests. For conveying hot materials, we recommend our complete insulation, which can considerably enhance the profitability of a plant.
When it comes to the most important component, the chain, customers can choose between a central chain (Rex) or our Zuther chain. The Rex products we use are all original parts (USA).

For our high-quality Zuther chain that is available in three sizes, which is appreciated by numerous customers, several experiential values gained in practice have been included. Thus, an alloyed steel is used that results in significantly longer service life, particularly when implemented in hot bucket elevators. The Zuther chain is designed as a two-strand system. Through this measure more compact components were possible, the load distribution became more favorable, and the elevator housing could be designed in a manner that saves more space, without sacrificing capacity. And maintenance is also particularly easy for the Zuther chains, because a special hydraulic tool is not required.
